The following is the Terms of Service and Membership Agreement (“Agreement”) between Raleigh Active LLC on behalf of itself and its affiliates,
(“raleighactivemakeup.com”, “we,” “us,” or “our”) and “you”, the member.

Age Restrictions
All Raleigh Active Makeup members must be 18 or older and have a valid debit/credit card. If you are under 18, you are not eligible
for a membership.
What Is Raleigh Active Makeup?
Raleigh Active Makeup is a subscription service that sends makeup products directly to your door each month.
How does it work?
You may choose either a one time purchase option or a subscription option. If you purchase one time, you will be charged
a one time fee of $18.76 for 1 lipgloss and 1 eyeshadow or $39.13 for 1 lipgloss, 1 eyeshadow, 1 eyeliner, 1 mascara and 1 blush or $49.13 for 1 lipgloss, 1 eyeshadow, 1 eyeliner, 1 mascara, 1 blush, 1 lip plumper, 1 contour stick and 1 bronzer.
If you choose the subscription option you will be charged once monthly $18.76 for 1 lipgloss and 1 eyeshadow, or $39.13 for 1 lipgloss, 1 eyeshadow, 1 eyeliner, 1 mascara and 1 blush, or $49.13 for 1 lipgloss, 1 eyeshadow, 1 eyeliner, 1 mascara, 1 blush, 1 lip plumper, 1 contour stick and 1 bronzer unless cancelled.
Your subscription will be sent once monthly for 12 months. We will automatically cancel your recurring billing after 12 months
unless specifically requested to re-enroll in the subscription.
One Time Purchase Option:
ONE TIME purchase option: $18.76 for 2 Makeup products
ONE TIME purchase option: $39.13 for 5 Makeup products
ONE TIME purchase option: $49.13 for 8 Makeup products
Subscription Packages:
Depending on your package selection, your card will be immediately billed upon signup as follows: $18.76 for 2 makeup products,
$39.13 for 5 makeup products, and $49.13 for 8 makeup products. After placing your order, your designated products will be
shipped within 1-2 business days. Your products will arrive within 5 business days via United States Postal Service First Class Mail.
You will then be shipped a recurring supply of your selected package every 30 days and will be billed the same amount that you
paid upon enrollment each month. If our product is not right for you, simply call 833-312-8686 or contact us via email at
RaleighActiveInfo@gmail.com to cancel your membership.
All charges will appear on your statement as Raleigh (833) 312-8686
Membership Cancellation and Refunds
You may cancel your membership at any time for the upcoming month. You can cancel by simply emailing
RaleighActiveInfo@gmail.com. Please include the email that you used during registration, and your first and last name.
You can also cancel your membership by calling Customer Support 24 hours per day, 365 days per year at 833-312-8686.
Shipping Policy
By placing an order with us on our website, you agree to our full terms and conditions and privacy policy where you will immediately
be billed the retail price of the products selected. We will then ship your products within 1-2 business days via United States Postal
Service First Class Mail. Please allow 3-5 business days once shipped for your order to arrive.
Product Returns & Exchanges
If you are unsatisfied with the product you have received, we will be glad to assist you with an exchange or refund. Returns or
exchanges must be made within 30 days of the received date.Return/Exchange Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number is required
for all returns. A RMA number may be obtained by contacting customer support at RaleighActiveInfo@gmail.com. Please return

No refunds or exchanges will be made after 30 days of the original purchase date. Authorized refunds will be made for the original
invoice price of the item; shipping and handling cost is NOT refundable. Exchanges will require additional shipping expenses. The
customer will be responsible for ALL costs involved in returning and/or re-shipping the product. Returns must be shipped properly
packaged, in a hard box. It is the customer's responsibility to insure the return package – we are not liable for lost or damaged
merchandise. Returns are processed within 24-48 hours of arrival at the fulfillment facility.
Orders
If you purchase a product from us, we request certain personally identifiable information from you on our order form.
You must provide contact information (including name, telephone number, email, and shipping address) and financial information
(such as credit card number and its expiration date). We use this information for billing purposes and to fulfill your orders.
If we have trouble processing an order, we will use this information to contact you.
General Browsing
Raleighactivemakeup.com gathers navigational information about where our visitors go on our website and information about the
technical efficiencies of our website and services. This information allows us to see which areas of raleighactivemakeup.com are most
visited and helps us to better understand our Guest’s experience at raleighactivemakeup.com. In the process of gathering navigational
information, non-personally identifiable information (i.e. browser version, service provider and IP address) may be collected
which will provide information regarding a visitor’s use of our website (such as the time of a visitor's last visit to a page on our
website).
If you opt into our email list the information you provide (for example, name, email address, country, gender) will be added to a
database. Raleighactivemakeup.com may use that information for our own internal marketing purposes. You may opt out of this list at
any time, by logging into your account or clicking the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any promotional email.
Use of Cookies
Raleighactivemakeup.com uses a browser feature known as a cookie, which is placed on your computer. Cookies are small amounts of
data that are transferred to your computer by our server. The cookies are stored on your computer’s hard drive and are used by
raleighactivemakeup.com to help track your clicks and pass information as you go through the pages within the website and provide a
more personalized experience. Raleighactivemakeup.com also uses cookies to help keep track of how many items you put into your
shopping cart and to tell us whether you have previously visited raleighactivemakeup.com. Cookies allow raleighactivemakeup.com to make
our site more responsive to your needs, by delivering a better and more personalized experience to you. Most browsers automatically
accept cookies. We do not recommend you disable your cookies.
Security Statement
We have made every effort to ensure that the information transmitted to us online is secure through the use of a secure server.
With respect to online sales, the person whose name appears on the card must be the one who places the order. Raleighactivemakeup.com
uses secure sockets layer (SSL) encryption for securing communications and transactions across the Internet. The SSL protocol uses digital
certificates to create and secure confidential communications “pip” between the purchaser and our web entity. Data transmitted over an
SSL connection is designed to prevent tampering without the two parties becoming immediately aware of the tampering. A key or padlock
icon in the lower corner of the browser window identifies the security mode of a browser. When the browser is running in “normal” mode,
the key looks broken or the padlock looks open. Once an SSL connection has been established, the key becomes whole, or the padlock
becomes closed, indicating that the browser is in “secure” mode. SSL is supported in the vast majority of browsers, which means that
almost anyone with a browser can benefit from SSL encryption. In addition, it is our policy not to send your credit card number via email.
In fact, this is a practice we recommend you adopt in all of your internet activities.
Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify and hold Raleigh Active Makeup harmless from and against any and all claims, damages, costs, investigations,
liabilities, judgments, settlements and expenses, including attorneys' fees, that directly or indirectly arise from or are otherwise
directly or indirectly related to: (a) your User Content; (b) your use of the Raleigh Active Makeup website or any Raleigh Active Makeup
membership or activities in connection with Raleigh Active Makeup; (c) your breach or anticipatory breach of this Agreement or any
Additional Terms;(d) your violation of any laws, rules, regulations, codes, statutes, ordinances or orders of any governmental and
quasi-governmental authorities, including, without limitation, all regulatory, administrative and legislative authorities; (e) information
or material transmitted through your computer, even if not submitted by you, that infringes, violates or misappropriates any copyright,
trademark, trade secret, trade dress, patent, publicity, privacy or other right of any person or defames any person; (f) any
misrepresentation made by you; or (g) Raleigh Active Makeup’s use of your information as permitted under this Agreement, the Privacy
Policy, or any other written agreement between you and us. You will cooperate as fully required by Raleigh Active Makeup in the defense
of any claim. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in this indemnification section, Raleigh Active Makeup reserves the right to assume
the exclusive defense and control of any matter otherwise subject to indemnification by you and you will remain liable for the
indemnification obligation. You will not in any event settle any claim without the express written consent of Raleigh Active Makeup.
Severability
If any provision or provisions of this Agreement shall be held to be invalid, illegal, unenforceable or in conflict with the law of any
jurisdiction, the validity, legality and enforceability of the remaining provisions shall not in any way be affected or impaired thereby.
